Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days provided items are in un-used, original condition, and packaged and presented the same way they were received.

Refunds will be less a restock fee of up to $14, depending on the item and delivery address. Rural items incur extra $7. Large items over 1m in length restock of up to $50 may apply. Any express shipping fees are non refundable.

For full refund, items need to be received in original condition. this means free of pet hairs, odours, dirt, sand, debris or stains, and without extra creasing or folding

Paperwork - please include either print out of order confirmation or a slip of paper including order name and 4 digit order number.
