Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days provided items are in un-used, original condition, and packaged and presented the same way they were received.

Refunds will be less a shipping restock fee of up to $14, depending on the item and delivery address. Rural items incur extra $7. Large items over 1m in length restock of up to $50 may apply. Any express shipping fees are non refundable.

For Afterpay orders, the 6% Afterpay fee is non refundable, so this will be further deducted from your refund [beyond the $14 shipping restock fee]

For full refund, items need to be received in original condition. this means free of pet hairs, odours, dirt, sand, debris or stains, and without extra creasing or folding

Paperwork - please include either print out of order confirmation or a slip of paper including order name and 4 digit order number.
